- Vehicle details: year, make, model, VIN and license plate.
- Service details: appointments, packages, prices, deposits and service history.
- Photos of your vehicle taken before and after service.
- For pickup and return service: the address where we pick up or return your vehicle.
How we use it
We use this information to schedule and manage your appointments, keep your vehicle's service history, collect deposits through our payment provider, pick up and return vehicles when you ask us to, and keep you updated about your appointment by text message, email or phone.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our text message provider, email provider, payment provider and the secure service that stores our records, and only so they can provide that service to us.
Text messaging
We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information obtained through the text message consent process is used only to send you messages about your own appointments.
Text messages are covered by our Text Message Terms. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
How we protect it
Your records are kept in a secure system that only Apex Legacy staff can sign in to. If you use our customer portal, you can see only your own appointments, vehicles and photos.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us below. Turning off text messages never affects your ability to book or receive service; we're happy to reach you by phone or email instead.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
